Day 1
Into Gunung Leuser National Park
Start your day with a relaxed breakfast before meeting your local guide between 9:00 am. Begin your adventure with a peaceful boat ride across the Bohorok River, followed by a gentle walk through rubber plantations into Gunung Leuser National Park.
Keep your eyes on the treetops as you search for semi-wild Sumatran Orangutans, Thomas Leaf Monkeys, Long-tailed Macaques, Pig-tailed Macaques, and many other fascinating rainforest species.

Camp Under The Rainforest Canopy

Wake up to the sounds of the rainforest and enjoy a freshly prepared jungle breakfast. Continue trekking through Gunung Leuser National Park, searching for more wildlife while learning about the unique flora and fauna from your experienced local guide.
